Position Title: Manager (Operations & Business Development)

About ThermoDynamic Health (TDH):
TDH is a premier athletic recovery and wellness center dedicated to helping clients look better, feel stronger, and recover faster. Our facility utilizes state-of-the-art modalities including Cryotherapy, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, Red Light Therapy, and Contrast Therapy. We are a community-focused organization, donating 10% of net profits to charity.
The Role:

The General Manager will lead daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and "positive atmosphere". This is a "player-coach" role requiring a blend of administrative excellence and hands-on business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations: Hire and manage staff, scheduling, facility maintenance, and operational budgets.
- Customer Experience: Foster a welcoming environment; manage client bookings and inquiries.
- Growth: Execute local marketing and represent TDH at community events, health fairs, and local organizations.
- Team Leadership: Oversee hiring, training, and performance management for wellness technicians.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in wellness, boutique fitness, or healthcare.
- Familiarity with alternative health treatments (Red Light, Cryo, etc.) is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for science-backed wellness.
- Business development or marketing experience in the Knoxville/Oak Ridge area.
Compensation
Base Salary
- Target Range: $40,000 – $50,000 per year.
