HVAC Sales Representative – Commercial Services

ThermoChill HVACR LLC is seeking a motivated sales representative to bring in new commercial HVAC customers throughout NYC. This role focuses on selling preventive maintenance agreements, repair services, equipment replacements, and installations. We’re looking for someone who can build relationships, identify opportunities, and manage the sales process from the first conversation through closing.

Responsibilities - Prospect and connect with property managers, building owners, facilities managers, general contractors, and local businesses. - Generate new business through calls, emails, networking, and in-person visits. - Schedule customer meetings and site walkthroughs to understand HVAC needs. - Coordinate with our technical team to prepare accurate estimates and proposals.

- Present proposals, follow up consistently, and close new service agreements and projects. - Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity, and follow-ups in our CRM. - Build lasting customer relationships and identify repeat business opportunities.

Qualifications - Experience in outside sales, business development, or commercial service sales. - HVAC, construction, building services, or facilities industry experience strongly preferred. - Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills. - Comfortable prospecting and developing your own pipeline. - Organized, self-motivated, and focused on measurable results. - Able to travel throughout NYC for customer meetings and site visits. - Existing relationships with NYC property managers, contractors, or building owners are a plus.

Compensation Commission-based compensation tied to sales results. -

Pay: $57,800.00 - $150,000.00 per year
