What are the responsibilities and job description for the Intern - Industrial System Integration position at Thermo Trol Systems Inc?
Description
Support and develop an understanding of the company structure with emphasis on the Industrial. The position will require a mix of office and field work and will report to the Project Manager
Requirements
· Must be a self-starter and have the ability to work independently.
· Should pose good verbal communication skills with the ability to self-organize
· Should present professionally and with confidence.
· Understands the need for customer focus
· Understands the overall concept of the company, including the different divisions, and how a Systems Integrator obtains work and executes the projects.
· Accompanies Project Manager in the field. Assists in mechanical and electrical work.
· Should become proficient in reading electrical and mechanical schematics
· Develops an understanding of field devices and how they integrate into a PLC control system.
· May Interface with several industrial programming packages such as PLCs, VFDs, and HMIs.
