Duties
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Answer phone calls professionally and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Provide customer support by addressing client questions and concerns promptly.
- Use Quickbooks desktop, microsoft word, excel, outlook
Experience
- Previous experience in an office or clerical role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and team members.
