What You’ll Do
Financial Modeling & Analysis
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support forecasting, strategic planning, and investment decisions
- Perform scenario analysis and evaluate financial performance trends, risks, and opportunities
- Analyze financial statements and key business drivers to inform decision-making
- Support annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes across business units
- Partner with leadership to align financial plans with growth initiatives, including expansion and acquisitions
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve financial performance
- Prepare and deliver executive-level reporting for leadership, board meetings, and private equity stakeholders
- Build clear, concise, and visually compelling PowerPoint presentations
- Confidently present financial insights and respond to questions from C-level leaders and investors
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5 - 7 minimum years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or related finance roles
- Advanced expertise in Excel-based financial modeling (required)
- Strong experience building and delivering executive-level PowerPoint presentations
- Proven ability to work directly with C-level stakeholders and/or private equity investors
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Confident, polished presence with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
