We’re hiring an experienced Trailer Repair Technician in Delmar, DE for steady, year-round work repairing dry van and refrigerated trailers.

What You’ll Do
- Repair dry van and refrigerated trailers
- Perform PMs and DOT inspections
- Diagnose and repair air brakes, suspension, electrical, and lighting systems
- Repair lift gates, doors, roofs, floors, and trailer structures
- Replace suspension and landing gear components
- MIG weld steel, aluminum, and stainless steel
What You’ll Need
- Air brake and electrical troubleshooting experience
- Welding experience preferred
- Ability to diagnose and complete repairs independently
- Dependable and safety-focused
