Job Title: Site Specialist II

- Leverage communication skillset to support team members and key clients
- Drive excellence through clear communication, scientific teamwork, service scope expansion, SLA adherence, development of business metrics, and team management
- Champion innovation and practical process improvement in the program
Responsibilities
- Inventory Management
- Stockroom / POU management, dispensing of product, and follow direction / coordination of affiliated stockroom activities.
- Perform on-site program replenishment's and disbursements.
- Perform stockroom duties to include receiving, put-away, stock rotation, cycle counts, and other functions according to customer requirements.
- Remove cardboard and trash as needed (detrashing).
- Deliver direct shipment orders to end users.
- Sourcing/Order Management:
- Perform order entry, order expediting, customer service call resolution, return goods authorization, processing of backorders.
How will you get here?
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Expert on GMP environment preferred
- Proven excellence in developing customer relationships
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Focus on laboratory safety and GXP compliance
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Heightened attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Strong customer service
