Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Loud Noises (Equipment/Machinery), Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Strong Odors (chemical, lubricants, biological products etc.), Warehouse, Will work with hazardous/toxic materials

Work Shift

Monday through Friday

6:30 am to 3:00 pm

A Day in the Life: 

• Operate production equipment and address mechanical issues 

• Perform quality tests and maintain accurate records 

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations 
   

Education: 
High school diploma or equivalent required. 
 
Experience: 

• 1  year of basic knowledge of machinery preferred. 

• Experience with production equipment is a plus. 

• Familiarity with quality testing. 

 
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: 

• Basic math skills including use of formulas, decimals, and fractions. 

• Knowledge of simple measuring devices. 

• Ability to stand continuously for an 8-hour period. 

• Ability to lift 40 lbs. 

 
Physical Requirements / Work Environment: 
This role entails standing for long periods, operating machinery, and handling materials. You must be able to work in a dynamic and sometimes fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Connecticut is $21.00–$25.00.
