Nazareth, PA

A Day in the Life:

• Oversee daily logistics operations while developing a collaborative team focused on safety, quality, and operational excellence.
• Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping activities to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment for our customers who are working on scientific research and healthcare initiatives.
• Use Lean methodology and our Practical Process Improvement (PPI) system
• Support continuous improvement and optimize workflows while maintaining rigorous compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
  
  

Keys to Success:

Education

• High School Diploma/ GED required (Higher level degree preferred)
• Industry certifications like APICS, LEAN, Six Sigma are a plus
  
  

Experience

• 3 years of warehouse operations experience required
• Experience managing inventory accuracy and cycle counting programs
• 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience preferred
• Experience with cGMP, ISO and regulatory compliance preferred
  
  

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated success implementing process improvements and lean methodologies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and team leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Knowledge of hazardous materials handling and shipping regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance
• Experience managing inventory accuracy and cycle counting programs
• Multiple language abilities a plus
  
  

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various temperature environments (ambient, cold storage, freezer)
• Ability to work different shifts and occasional overtime as needed
• Valid forklift certification required or ability to obtain
