The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Connecticut is $25.00–$27.00.
This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:

A day in the Life:
- Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical systems
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on facilities systems and production equipment
- Operate, maintain, and improve the site's industrial wastewater treatment system

REQUIREMENTS:
Education
- High school diploma or GED Required
- 2 years in a mechanical role
- Experience in a manufacturing plant environment
- Self-starting with initiative to identify and solve problems
- Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to read complex schematics and engineering drawings
- Ability to obtain and maintain powered industrial vehicle (PIV) certification
- Ability to wear an air purifying respirator
