Join our team as a Business Manager II, where you'll have a key role in managing and growing client relationships for Thermo Fisher Scientific's Drug Product Division. As the primary client interface, you'll manage daily activities for a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction. You'll support business growth through strategic account management, forecasting, and identifying new opportunities while maintaining strong partnerships with internal teams.

Keys to Success
Education:
- Advanced Degree with no prior experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry and/or client interface
- Preferred Fields of Study: Science, Business, or related field
- Experience in business management, account management, or project management
- Knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical industry practices
- Project management principles understanding
- Strong financial acumen for profitability and pricing management
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to resolve conflicts and address complex problem-solving
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Technical experience or knowledge of pharmaceutical operations preferred
- Additional language skills may be beneficial
