Thermo Electric is seeking an Entry Level Sales Representative to support our experienced Sales team while learning the technical, operational, and customer service aspects of our business. You'll contribute from day one by preparing quotations, processing orders, coordinating information between customers and manufacturing, researching customer inquiries, and helping deliver an exceptional customer experience.
You'll gain valuable product knowledge and sales experience by working alongside our Sales Representatives, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams. As your skills and experience grow, you'll have the opportunity to advance into a Sales Representative role.
Employees who demonstrate strong performance typically transition into this next step within 6 to 12 months, where they'll manage their own customer accounts and become eligible to participate in the company's sales commission program.

Schedule
- Full-time, Monday-Friday
- Hybrid work schedule is available after initial one-month training with the option to work from home Monday, Thursday and/or Friday. In-office days are Tuesday and Wednesday in West Chester, PA
- Limited travel (approximately 2-4 customer visits/trades shows per year)
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new business
- Respond to customer inquiries and recommend products based on application needs
- Prepare quotations, process customer orders, and coordinate delivery schedules
- Collaborate with Engineering and Production to provide technical solutions
- Follow up on quotations and sales opportunities to help grow revenue
- Research new markets and prospective customers
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within CRM and ERP systems
- Support customer issue resolution with professionalism and urgency
- Participate in customer visits, trade shows, and industry events as needed
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and internal sales processes
Skills Needed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Comfortable discussing technical products with customers (training provided)
- Organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM, ERP, and other business software
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Preferred)
Experience
- Sales, customer service, or technical support: 2-4 years preferred
- Manufacturing or industrial environment: Preferred
