We are currently hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to support our Warehouse Manager and help lead the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and inventory systems.

Compensation & Benefits

Position Summary
The Warehouse Supervisor reports directly to the Warehouse Manager and plays a critical role in maintaining warehouse organization, inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and technician support.
This position combines warehouse operations, inventory control, administrative responsibilities, and team support. You will help ensure technicians have the equipment and materials they need while maintaining accurate inventory records and an organized warehouse environment.
This role requires someone who can think proactively, communicate effectively, and work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse & Inventory Operations
- Maintain accurate inventory counts, tracking, and reporting
- Receive, verify, and organize incoming shipments
- Pull, stage, and prepare equipment/materials for daily installs and service calls
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages proactively
- Conduct routine truck inventories and warehouse audits
- Assist with warranty returns and material credits
- Help maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
Administrative & Operational Support
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and inventory software for tracking and reporting
- Assist with inventory reconciliation and purchasing coordination
- Complete warehouse documentation and data entry accurately
- Support operational efficiency by reducing technician downtime
- Assist with scheduling and logistical coordination as needed
- Ensure company vehicles and warehouse areas remain properly stocked and compliant
Leadership & Team Support
- Support the Warehouse Manager with daily operations
- Help maintain accountability, organization, and workflow standards
- Communicate professionally with technicians, vendors, and office staff
- Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs regularly
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer systems
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred:
- 2 years of warehouse, inventory, logistics, or operations experience
- Prior HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or construction industry experience
- Previous lead, supervisor, or team coordination experience
- Experience with inventory software or warehouse management systems
