Thermal Specialties is seeking a motivated Production Manager to lead quality assurance initiatives within our Heat Treat Division.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for maintaining quality systems, supporting customer requirements, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and coordinate quality assurance program.
- Maintain and oversee compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality management systems.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action efforts to address customer and internal quality issues.
- Manage daily quality functions including Pyrometry, Surface hardness and Microhardness testing.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, auditors, suppliers, and internal team members
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant manufacturing or quality experience may be considered.
- Experience in manufacturing, quality assurance, quality management, metallurgy, or a related field.
Knowledge & Skills
- Understanding of quality management systems and continuous improvement practices.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, Nadcap, and CQI-9 is preferred; training may be provided for the right candidate.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams and influence positive change.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Working Conditions
- Manufacturing and industrial environment with exposure to heat, noise, and varying temperatures.
- Must be comfortable working in and around production areas and interacting directly with operations personnel.
Salary : $75,000 - $100,000
