What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems
- Perform service calls, maintenance visits, and troubleshooting
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with homeowners
- Complete accurate notes, photos, and invoices using Housecall Pro
- Identify airflow, ductwork, and system performance issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work vehicle
- Work closely with the office and install team to provide a great customer experience
- Follow company standards and perform work safely and correctly
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of residential HVAC service experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
- Experience with gas furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioning, and electrical diagnostics
- EPA Certification
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of your work
- Dependable, honest, and team-oriented
