Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HVAC Technician based in Youngsville, NC. The HVAC Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment, performing system maintenance, installing and replacing heating and cooling systems, and modifying and repairing ductwork as needed. Additional responsibilities include ensuring proper system sizing, adhering to safety and quality standards, and delivering exceptional customer service during each service visit.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HVAC diagnostic, repair, and maintenance techniques
- Knowledge of HVAC system installation and ductwork modifications
- Ability to perform system sizing and adhere to quality and safety standards
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot effectively
- EPA certification and/or state HVAC license (preferred)
- Physical capability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
