We partner closely with consulting engineers, mechanical contractors, and building owners to design, sell, and service equipment for new construction, renovation, and replacement projects.
The Opportunity:
We are seeking an Inside Parts Sales Representative to join our Parts Department team. In this role, you’ll serve as the go-to resource for customers, contractors, and our internal sales team, ensuring their HVAC and hydronic parts needs are met with accuracy, efficiency, and excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:
· Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person.
· Accurately quote, process, and track orders to ensure timely and correct fulfillment.
· Collaborate with sales engineers and parts management to support projects and customer needs.
· Research product information and work directly with manufacturers when needed.
· Troubleshoot order issues and resolve customer inquiries with professionalism.
· Stay current on industry updates, product changes, and software tools.
· Safely handle parts and equipment, including forklift operation and material movement.
Job Qualifications:
· Strong PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
· High School Diploma (or equivalent).
· HVAC parts/equipment knowledge is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person.
· Excellent organizational and communication skills.
· Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and maneuver heavier items safely with assistance.
· Forklift operation skills (or willingness to learn).
· A team player who can also work independently to meet goals and deadlines.
· Commitment to a safe, customer-focused work environment.
Compensation:
Compensation is Non-Exempt, hourly based with the opportunity of bonus compensation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
