Thermal Concepts is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Staff Accountant to join a growing accounting team. This role plays a key part in supporting day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and collaborating across multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and post journal entries; maintain general ledger accuracy
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Support intercompany accounting transactions and reconciliations
- Analyze financial data and investigate discrepancies
- Assist with financial reporting and supporting schedules
- Maintain fixed assets and depreciation records
- Support AP/AR functions as needed
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies
- Assist with audit preparation and external auditor requests
- Partner cross-functionally with operations and leadership
- Identify process improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3–5 years of accounting experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations
- Experience with intercompany accounting preferred
- Construction industry experience a plus
