Thermach is seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our Logistics & Finishing Team in Appleton, Wisconsin. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in leading and producing high-quality work.
As a member of our team, you'll play an important role in preparing finished products for shipment, maintaining inventory, and ensuring customers receive products that meet Thermach's quality standards.

What You'll Do
- Prepare and inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Package products according to customer and company specifications
- Label, palletize, and prepare shipments for delivery
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing materials
- Assist with inventory organization and cycle counts
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (training provided if needed)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work closely with production and shipping teams to meet daily schedules
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or finishing experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Basic computer skills are helpful

Schedule
- Full-time

- Overtime opportunities may be available based on production needs.
