ROLE PURPOSE:

Thermacell is currently seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Forklift Associate. Warehouse Forklift Associates are responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming orders, picking, and filling orders from stock, or packing and shipping orders. This role will be reporting to the Shipping/Receiving & Inventory Management Supervisor.

STATUS: Non- Exempt

WORKING HOURS: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm M-F (extended hours during busy season and occasional Saturdays)

WORK LOCATION: 3157 Buford Highway, Buford, GA 30518

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Unloading, palletizing, receiving, checking, locating, picking, packing, manifesting, or loading, or other warehouse-related tasks as assigned.
• Responsible for ensuring quantity of product is restocked to full bin levels at the end of each shift.
• Works independently to pick, pack, and prepare order shipment.
• Demonstrates and promotes quality values throughout the department.
• Closely adheres to all operating procedures.
• Use handheld RF scanners and Warehouse Management System to fulfill orders, move and maintain inventory accuracy, and receive raw materials.
• Meets company productivity and quality standards.
• Verifies accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments and orders.
• Loads and unloads trucks.
• Stacks and arranges products.
• Fills customers’ orders according to specifications.
• Wraps/packs orders for shipping.
• Maintains clean work area to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
• Other duties may be assigned.

COMPENSATION

Compensation for this position will include a competitive base salary and an Annual Target Bonus and Quarterly Incentive Bonus opportunity - details provided separately.

Paid time off for this position will consist of accrued vacation at a competitive level, along with 11 Holidays and a day off for your Birthday! 40 hours of wellness time is also available on your first day of employment. Additionally, a company shutdown period is offered for one week between Christmas and New Year’s Day where the majority of business operations pause, and employees are encouraged to rest and recover together. Critical functions may require limited coverage to ensure business continuity.

Requirements

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Ability to manage and deliver multiple simultaneous priorities
• Strong collaboration skills
• Impeccable attention to detail
• 1–3-year warehousing or similar experience preferred
• Forklift Operator Experience required
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to stand/walk for 8 to 10 hours
• Ability to read English and comprehend customers’ orders, bills of lading, etc.
• Basic math skills
• Must be able to work overtime as needed. Overtime may be prior to and/or after scheduled work hours (including weekends)
• Driver’s License required

Salary : $17 - $19
