Position Summary
Therma-Stor is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our Finance team for the summer. This internship provides hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, and business operations, offering exposure to real-world corporate finance activities while supporting key business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting activities
- Support preparation of financial reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and insights
- Help maintain financial models and spreadsheets
- Assist with month-end or quarter-end close processes
- Support accounts payable and general accounting tasks
- Conduct ad hoc financial and business analysis projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support decision-making
- Perform administrative and data-entry tasks related to finance operations
Qualifications
Required:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivots preferred)
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
- Prior internship or coursework in finance/accounting
- Experience with financial systems or ERP tools (e.g., Oracle/JD Edwards)
- Familiarity with PowerPoint, Power BI, or other analytical tools
