About the role
Help design, prototype, and validate high‑power RF products—primarily RF filters and related systems used in semiconductor manufacturing—with a focus on robust electrical design and thermal control. This is a hands‑on role spanning lab testing, schematics/BOMs, and close collaboration with manufacturing.
What you’ll do
- Review electrical schematics, drawings, specifications sheet and BOM for functionality and manufacturability.
- Engage in R&D activities to test new ideas. This involves hands on prototyping and testing.
- Testing with electrical test and measurement tools such as multimeters, LCR meters, impedance, and spectrum analyzers.
- Develop electrical schematic diagrams, drawings, and BOM.
- Provide support to manufacturing engineering team for OMS (operational method sheet) which includes manufacturing process flow diagram, BOM, and work instructions
- Includes hands on wiring and prototyping, working independently or with other team members
What you’ll bring
- Strong fundamentals in electrical engineering; practical RF experience.
- Proficiency with test & measurement gear (multimeter, LCR/impedance, spectrum analyzer).
- Ability to read/create schematics; Autodesk Electrical preferred; 3D modeling exposure a plus.
- Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project.
- Education/Experience by level (per JD): Level I—BS in Mechanical (Manufacturing/Electro‑Mechanical or equivalent); Level II—4 yrs; Level III—6 yrs; Sr—10 yrs. (We can adjust to “Electrical Engineering or related” if desired.)
