Electronic Shipper/Receiver

Job Summary: The Electronic Shipper/Receiver is responsible for processing inbound and outbound shipments, verifying materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring orders are packed and delivered correctly. This role requires strong attention to detail, a focus on safety, and the ability to maintain an organized workspace while collaborating with the electronics departments to support production flow and timely customer deliveries.

Responsibilities:

1.Shipping & Receiving:

• Package and prepare all outgoing shipments based on size, weight, and delivery method.
• Follow customer-specific shipping instructions provided by Quotation Specialists.
• Process outbound shipments using the ERP system and generate appropriate labels/documentation.
• Receive incoming shipments and inspect for damage, quantity, and accuracy.
• Record incoming items in the ERP system and deliver to appropriate departments.

2.Quality & Organization:

• Perform final quality checks on all outgoing products before shipping
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shipping/receiving area at all times
• Follow all company packaging standards and procedures
• Support continuous improvement efforts related to shipping accuracy and packaging quality

3.Inventory:

• Monitor packaging supply levels and reorder as needed to prevent shortages
• Assist in tracking inventory movements and discrepancies related to incoming/outgoing goods
• Ensure all equipment and tools are used properly and stored safely

4.Kitting:

• Prepare, organize, and manage inventory placed into job kits for the production floor
• Receive returned kits and verify contents
• Document and report any shortages, discrepancies, or damages immediately

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• 1–3 years of experience in shipping or receiving
• Experience with ERP systems and basic computer skills (Windows-based)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
