Therm, Incorporated, a leader in providing innovative machining solutions to a global market, is currently seeking qualified individuals in our Maintenance Department for laborer positions.
Full time 1st shift (7:00am - 3:30pm M-F)
Starting wage dependent upon experience

POSITION SUMMARY: Maintain offices, buildings, and plant facility in clean and orderly condition using a variety of hand and power equipment and cleaning solutions.
JOB DUTIES, DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax floors, aisles, stairways, and other areas as designated.
Collect and sort recyclable materials.
Collect, empty, and properly dispose of trash and litter from floors, work areas, wastebaskets, and trash barrels.
Cleans dust and dirt from walls, ceilings, overhead fixtures and various furniture and fixtures. Clean and service bathrooms.
May perform minor maintenance repairs.
May perform ground maintenance duties.
Report necessary and/or recommended repairs to Supervisor.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Must be able to use good judgment.
Ability to lift, push and/or pull up to and including 60 pounds.
Painting of hallways, floors, and other areas in the building.
At all times, work to Therm, Incorporated Code of Ethics, Safety Standards and Quality Policies while performing operational functions.
Must pass a physical examination including drug testing. Background check also performed.
Minimum Skills/Qualifications: Years of Experience: 0 - 2 years experience in a janitorial position or related experience
