Role Overview
Theris is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of products that support our behavioral health platform and AI-driven care models. This full-time hybrid role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area will focus on defining product vision, guiding product development, and ensuring solutions align with clinical, operational, and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with company goals
• Lead development initiatives that support Theris’s proprietary AI behavioral health models
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation
• Collaborate with engineering, clinical, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions
• Prioritize product backlogs and guide development cycles
• Analyze product performance and user feedback to improve the user experience
• Communicate product strategy and updates to leadership and stakeholders
Qualifications
• Strong product management experience including defining requirements, roadmaps, and strategies
• Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis
• Proven ability to collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience in healthcare technology or AI-driven platforms strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment and manage multiple priorities
