We are looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team at Theriot's Heating and Air, a proud family-owned business with over 30 years of experience serving our community. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience and a strong background in HVAC/R systems, property maintenance, and field service operations. This role requires expertise in air conditioning systems, plumbing, and the ability to design and maintain various heating and cooling systems. We take pride in providing quality workmanship and personalized service to every client we serve.
Pay and Benefits:
- Pay range: $22–$30 an hour DOE, plus commission and incentives.

Duties:
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and refrigeration systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and diagnostics on HVAC systems to identify issues.
- Utilize tools, such as an Ohmmeter, for electrical testing and troubleshooting.
- Perform welding tasks as needed for system repairs or installations.
- Design HVAC systems based on client specifications and property requirements.
- Plumb new installations or modify existing systems as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and educating them on system operation.
- Follow all safety protocols while working in residential or commercial environments.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in HVAC/R installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Familiarity with property maintenance practices is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in the field while managing time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
