YOUR ROLE AS AN OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
Perform skilled therapeutic services within the Occupational Therapist’s scope of practice. Including:
- Provide evaluations and treatment for pediatric clients across ADL, IADL, and functional participation domains.
- Administer and interpret standardized assessments that identify deficits related to sensory processing, fine motor, motor planning, emotional regulation, feeding, and daily life skills.
- Guide OTA teammates and elevate the entire treatment team with your expertise.
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members to support carryover into real environments.
- Develop care plans that prioritize independence, safety, and long-term functional outcomes.
- Celebrate patient success such that they are an inspiration for others!
WHO YOU ARE
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current NBCOT certification
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Kentucky
- CPR & First Aid certification.
- Pass background check.
- Valid driver's license.
