WHAT YOU'LL DO 

Lead the Way in Transformational Therapy: As an LPCC, you'll be a catalyst for change, providing expert-level clinical interventions that make a real difference.

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments with expert precision.
• Develop, lead, and execute powerful treatment plans that give children and families real hope.
• Implement high-impact interventions tailored to each child's emotional, behavioral, and social needs.
• Equip families with practical, effective home education programs to reinforce progress.
• Consult, collaborate, and advocate for children across medical, educational, and social systems.
• Reassess, re-evaluate, and adjust interventions so kids keep moving forward.
• Master Documentation Like a Boss You know documentation isn't just a choreit's a powerful tool for securing services, protecting privacy, and ensuring quality care. You'll keep records sharp, compliant, and airtight in line with state regulations, service contracts, and confidentiality laws.

WHO YOU ARE

An expert clinician who holds a Master's or Doctorate in Counseling  

Active Kentucky for Licensed Profressional Clinical Counselor Worker (LPCC) 

Current CPR and First Aid certification.

Minimum of 1 year experience providing mental health services to children and/or families.

You’re coachable, collaborative, and bring integrity to everything you do.

Must pass a criminal background check.
