TherapyWorks – Marriage and Family Therapy Center is a boutique private-pay group practice located in Clear Lake, just minutes from NASA. We specialize in couples, individual, and family therapy and are looking for a warm, compassionate therapist who is passionate about providing high-quality care and values working in a collaborative team environment.
We welcome both fully licensed clinicians and associate therapists who are working toward independent licensure.

Qualifications
- Active Texas license as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LMFT Associate, LPC Associate, or LCSW
- Passion for working with individuals, couples, and families
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
- Evening or Saturday availability is a plus
- Experience or interest in couples therapy is highly preferred
- Training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method, or other evidence-based modalities for working with couples is a plus
Compensation
This is a 1099 independent contractor position with competitive per-session compensation:
- Associate Therapists: $75–$85 per completed clinical session
- Fully Licensed Therapists: $90–$105 per completed clinical session
Please note: The hourly pay displayed on Indeed is provided to meet Indeed's posting requirements. Compensation for this position is based on completed clinical sessions, not hourly wages.
Compensation is based on licensure, experience, training, and the type of services provided.
