Competitive Starting Pay: RBTs earn between $20-26 per hour or more, depending on your RBT certification date and experience level.

Pay Model: Our pay structure is based on certification date, allowing those with several years of experience to earn higher starting hourly rates.

Guaranteed Hours: Enjoy a guaranteed 40 hour work week at the same rate of pay, with no deductions for cancellations or unbillable time.

Performance Raises and Merit Raises: Move through our tier system based on performance, increased skills, and quality of therapy, with opportunities for $1 raises at set competency intervals and additional merit raises during yearly reviews.

BCBA Candidacy Program: If you're a BCBA candidate in graduate school, take advantage of our unique Candidacy Program at no charge to you. Receive supervision hours, increase your skills, and earn additional pay as you progress through our tier system and curriculum.

Job Requirements

• Must have experience working with children diagnosed with autism
• Experience treating 1:1 ABA/behavioral therapy working under the supervision of a BCBA in a home, clinic, or school setting
• Experience working with multiple age ranges between 2-10 years old
• Experience working with problem behaviors and implementing behavior plans
