Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid position for a Therapist (LMHC, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist) based in Naples, FL, with flexibility for some remote work. The therapist will provide individual, family, and group counseling services to clients, develop and implement personalized treatment plans, and maintain accurate client records. The role will also involve conducting assessments, providing crisis intervention when necessary, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client care. This role requires strong communication, empathy, and dedication to promoting mental health and well-being. Bilingual therapists (Spanish-speaking) are strongly encouraged to apply, though this is not required.
Qualifications
- Current licensure as an LMHC, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist in the state of Florida
- Proficiency in conducting individual, family, and group counseling sessions
- Strong skills in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and development of treatment plans
- Experience with crisis intervention and providing trauma-informed care
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Competence in maintaining thorough and confidential documentation of client progress
- Familiarity with diverse mental health approaches and therapeutic methods
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- Knowledge of or experience with telehealth services is a plus
