As part of our mission to pave the way for children’s success worldwide, Therapy Source is currently seeking a Physical Therapist to conduct in-person school-based evaluations for charter school students. This position is for the upcoming school year.
Physical Therapist Salary: $230 - $240 flat rate per completed evaluation
Physical Therapist Position Details:
- This role is ideal for a provider who values student-centered care, clear documentation, and flexibility in the field
- The candidate must be willing to travel within a 50-mile radius of the Oklahoma City metro area, and mileage will be reimbursed for work-related travel
- Compensation will be paid at a flat rate per evaluation upon completion
Physical Therapist Qualifications:
- Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Oklahoma
- Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances
- Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
Physical Therapist Responsibilities May Include:
- Evaluating students to determine eligibility and need for physical therapy services
- Enhancing students' academic abilities by using a variety of techniques and/or therapeutic intervention strategies
- Providing appropriate therapeutic services
- Preparing Evaluation Reports
- Developing and implementing IEPs and 504 Plans
- Performing all related work, documentation, and reporting as required
- Attending a school team or IEP meetings as necessary
