What are the responsibilities and job description for the 1:1 Nurse Aide - Full-Time position at Therapy Source?
As part of our mission to pave the way for children’s success worldwide, Therapy Source is currently seeking a full-time School Nurse to provide in-person 1:1 services for a charter school student. This position is for the current school year.
Nurse Aide Pay Range: $45-$55 per hour
Nurse Aide Position Details:
LPN, RN, CNA or provider that has training to assist with a student that struggles with seizures?
Nurse Aide Qualifications:
- Must have LPN or RN licensure in NJ
- Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances
- Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain.)
Nurse Aide Responsibilities May Include:
- Supporting and evaluating primary and secondary students with IEPs
- Communicating to the internal team on the content of records and summarizing benefits
- Attending some evaluation meetings held Monday through Friday
- Access to personal fax machine/copier/scanner for transmission of confidential documents
