Employment Opportunity: Part-Time Occupational Therapy Assistant
Location: Therapy Solutions, Petoskey, MI
Are you a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of clients with neurological and cognitive challenges? Therapy Solutions is seeking a part-time COTA to join our highly collaborative and supportive team in beautiful Petoskey, MI.
At Therapy Solutions, we believe in the power of teamwork and the importance of fostering a nurturing environment for both our clients and our staff. Our clinic is dedicated to not only helping clients (adults and pediatrics) achieve their rehabilitation goals but also to enhancing the clinical skills of our team members. We value creativity and out-of-the-box thinking, allowing our therapists to develop innovative strategies that facilitate client progress.
We are looking to have a COTA join our team to focus working out in the community with some of our client. We offer Vocational Rehabilitation to many of our clients once they achieve their goals in the clinic setting. We then continue their journey to the next level of Vocational Rehabilitation and Community Integration!! It is absolutely an amazing opportunity to share in their journey and coach the clients to achieve more!!!

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement creative and effective therapeutic interventions to facilitate client progress.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for clients.
- Document client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.
Qualifications:
- Degree as an Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure in Michigan.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, communicative and collaborative
- A passion for working with clients in a rehabilitation setting and a commitment to ongoing professional growth.
