Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is looking for dedicated and motivated Paraprofessionals to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year. We partner with school districts across the country, providing school-based opportunities for Paraprofessionals in a variety of settings. What You’ll Be Doing*:

• Provide instructional and behavioral support to students in both classroom and small-group settings
• Assist students with academic tasks, organization, and developing positive social interactions
• Implement accommodations, modifications, and behavior plans under teacher or clinician supervision
• Offer one-on-one support to students with learning, behavioral, or physical needs to promote engagement and success
• Supervise students during class activities, recess, lunch, and transitions to maintain safety and structure
• Collect data, track progress, and communicate observations to teachers and support staff
• Prepare classroom materials, set up activities, and help maintain an organized learning environment
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to foster a positive, inclusive educational setting

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or college coursework in education preferred
• Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting strongly preferred
• Ability to support students with diverse academic, behavioral, and physical needs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
• Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude when working in a classroom environment
• Basic understanding of child development and classroom management strategies
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
• Willingness to follow teacher or clinician direction and contribute to a team-oriented environment
