Therapy Services LLC Summary
We specialize in 1-on-1 outpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapy for all age groups and for any range of disability or injury, including many complex neuro-diagnoses. We are seeking a motivated, caring, and skilled physical therapist to treat our growing pediatric, adult, and geriatric population.
Job Responsibilities
- Apply research-proven techniques to examine, diagnose, and then prevent or treat conditions that limit the body's ability to move and function in daily life as monitored by supervision, documentation review, and consultation with the patient's referring provider
- Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques for patients of varying ages, personalities, or disabilities
- Create fitness- and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients’ specific needs
- Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally
- Maintain an interdisciplinary team approach when patient evaluation or treatment necessitates the involvement of our occupational or speech therapists
- Complete all patient evaluation, goals, plan of care, and treatment documentation timely and in accordance with state and federal guidelines
- Carry out oversight responsibilities to ensure supervision of Rehab Aides and students
Salary : $75,000 - $95,000
