Overview
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient orthopedic team. This position focuses on providing high-quality patient care in a collaborative and fast-paced clinical environment treating a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
Responsibilities
- Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, functional activities, and modalities
- Document patient progress accurately and efficiently
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention
- Maintain a positive and encouraging treatment environment
- Collaborate closely with therapists and support staff to optimize patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program
- Current state PTA license in good standing
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a patient-first approach
