- Thoughtful scheduling and defined territories to support appropriate caseloads
- Limited drive time between visits whenever possible
- Clinical leadership from therapists who understand day‑to‑day practice demands
- Individualized support aligned with your clinical interests and goals
- Collaboration with Home and Heart healthcare colleagues for a team‑based approach to care

License & Experience:
Requirements for this position include the following:
- Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program
- Active or pending state physical therapist license
- Recent graduates encouraged to apply

Salary : $60 - $120
