We are looking for an outgoing Front Office Patient Coordinator with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the medical and Insurance verification/authorization field, for a busy and growing physical therapy office. Experience in the medical field or physical therapy field is required for this position. This position is available immediately.
Competitive Salary depending on experience.
Desired Skills:
-Have a sincere desire to help patients
-Must have great communication skills and pleasant phone etiquette
-Ability to multi task and work with individuals and patients
-Must have previous experience working in either medical/physical therapy office front desk
-Must have experience in medical insurance verification and authorization; it is imperative that you have experience working with Medicaid, Medicare, Optum and Tricare
-Must be good at problem solving and taking initiative to get things done
-Must possess a high level of responsibility, credibility and integrity
-Must be a team player and have a positive attitude
-Possess strong leadership skills
-Willing to be flexible to help meet the and needs of a busy outpatient physical therapy office
