We are expanding and looking for a motivated junior clinician to grow with us.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for a newly licensed LMSW who is looking to build a sustainable clinical caseload, receive consistent individual supervision toward their professional goals, and work within a structured, well-organized practice without the isolation of solo private practice.
You'll carry a caseload of adult individual therapy clients (18 ), with the potential to co-facilitate group therapy. You'll receive bi-weekly individual supervision from Sergena Laine, LCSW, along with clear documentation expectations, a defined compensation structure, and malpractice insurance reimbursement.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual psychotherapy to adult clients (18 ) via telehealth and/or in-person
- Complete all clinical documentation (progress notes, treatment plans, assessments, discharge summaries) within required timeframes using SimplePractice EHR
- Participate in bi-weekly individual supervision with the supervising LCSW
- Maintain professional, boundaried therapeutic relationships in accordance with the NASW Code of Ethics
- Participate in group therapy facilitation as clinically appropriate (optional/as available)
- Communicate proactively with the supervising LCSW regarding clinical concerns and client safety
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted LMSW license in the State of Connecticut (required)
- Commitment to ongoing clinical supervision and professional development
- Experience or strong clinical interest in working with adult populations
- Ability to maintain a consistent caseload and documentation schedule
- Proficiency with or willingness to learn SimplePractice EHR

Compensation
30-Minute Session (CPT 90832)$30.00 per session
45-Minute Session (CPT 90834)$40.00 per session
60-Minute Session (CPT 90837)$45.00 per session
- Pay is biweekly via direct deposit
- Malpractice insurance reimbursement: $150.00 flat rate per fiscal year upon proof of coverage
- Supervision provided at no cost to the clinician
