Therapy My Way is a growing mental health practice serving clients in Roscoe and the surrounding Sullivan County area. Therapy My Way is a growing mental health practice serving clients in Roscoe and the surrounding Sullivan County area. What You'll Do
- Provide individual, couple, and family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults
- Conduct intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Use evidence-based approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care) suited to each client
- Keep timely, accurate clinical documentation
- Coordinate care with other providers when appropriate
- Take part in case consultation and supervision with the clinical team
What We're Looking For
- Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related field
- Current New York State license: LCSW, LMSW (under supervision), LMHC, LMFT, or licensed psychologist
- Clinical experience preferred; new graduates with a limited permit are welcome to apply
- Strong communication skills and a warm, client-centered approach
- Comfort with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
