Therapy Matters is a fast-growing community-centered therapy practice seeking a motivated and skillful clinician. A good candidate will be a self-starter who is looking for an opportunity to work with children, adolescents, and possibly families.
A good candidate will have the ability to use EHR systems and Google Suite and will generally be tech savvy. This candidate should be an authentic, flexible, positive-minded clinician in our vibrant, cutting-edge clinic. Ours is a growing team with a bright future!
As a clinician, you would be comfortable treating children and adolescents with anxiety, depression, stress reactions, and family dynamics and have a trauma-informed approach.
The candidate will have an opportunity to grow their practice with Therapy Matters if interested.
(Given that this position is primarily with children and adolescents, hours will be mostly after 3:30 on weekdays or if available, on weekends. )
Qualifications-
The parties agree to the following additional specifications about psychotherapy services to be provided:
- Services must be provided in a professional environment in accordance with the Department of Regulatory Agencies and Health Insurance contracts when applicable.
- Therapeutic interventions must include evidence-based practices.
- Proficiency in the Google Suite is essential, most of all in Sheets and Docs
- Candidates must be clinically minded and organized
- Candidates must possess exceptional communication skill
- Candidates must be comfortable with frequent communication across several mediums like email and phone and must respond to communication in a timely fashion.

Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children and adolescents.
- Provide therapy and counseling to clients and their families.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Utilize EHR systems for patient care management and data entry.
- Engage in crisis intervention and support for clients facing emotional challenges.
- Foster effective communication with the Therapy Matters team as well as with clients and their families to promote therapeutic progress.

Pay: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour
