Therapy Lab is a relationship-first pediatric occupational therapy practice serving children from birth through young adulthood. We believe the best therapy happens through play, meaningful connection, collaboration with families, and seeing every child through a strengths-based lens.

What You’ll Do
You’ll provide individualized occupational therapy services while helping families feel confident, supported, and empowered throughout their journey.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing engaging, play-based occupational therapy sessions
- Completing evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans
- Documenting evaluations and daily treatment notes
- Collaborating with families, schools, physicians, and other providers
- Creating meaningful treatment activities that build on each child’s strengths and interests
- Supporting emotional regulation, sensory processing, executive functioning, feeding, fine motor development, social participation, self-care, and more
- Participating in groups, workshops, community events, and seasonal programs
- Helping Therapy Lab continue growing through creativity, collaboration, and fresh ideas

What We’re Looking For
Required
- Current North Carolina Occupational Therapy license (or eligible)
- NBCOT certification
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Preferred
- Pediatric experience
- Experience with sensory processing, feeding, emotional regulation, executive functioning, reflex integration
- Interest in group programming, community outreach, or developing specialty services
