Schedule: Night Shift | 6PM – 6AM
Shift Pattern: Two days on // Two days off // Three days on
Total Hours: 84 hours per pay period

The Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable LVN/LPN for a permanent night-shift role in a respected Long Term Care facility in Kane, PA. If you’re the type of nurse who can stay focused, calm, and kind long after the sun goes down—and even when the residents decide it’s morning two hours early—you’ll be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care, including medication administration and treatments based on care plans and facility protocols.
- Monitor resident conditions and promptly report any changes—because accuracy matters, even at midnight.
- Maintain precise and timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record.
- Assist residents with daily living needs while upholding dignity, safety, and comfort.
- Work collaboratively with your night-shift teammates—because teamwork feels even more important when the clock hits 4 AM.
- Uphold all safety, compliance, and infection control standards consistently.
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania LVN/LPN license (or eligibility).
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Strong clinical and assessment skills.
- Ability to work independently and confidently during overnight hours.
- Prior LTC or SNF experience preferred, but not required.
- Must appreciate the unique personality of night-shift life.
