The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide one-on-one therapy sessions focused on restoring mobility, reducing pain, and improving functional abilities. Daily responsibilities include performing detailed assessments, documenting clinical findings and progress, implementing evidence-based interventions, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals as needed. The therapist will educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and self-management strategies. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, contributing to a positive clinic environment, and supporting quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Medicine and Physical Therapy, with the ability to apply clinical knowledge to a wide range of conditions.
- Proficiency in Rehabilitation techniques, including designing and adjusting individualized treatment plans.
- Demonstrated commitment to high-quality Patient Care, focusing on safety, empathy, and clear communication.
- Ability to develop and monitor Home Care programs that support continued progress outside the clinic.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program; current or eligible state licensure in Texas.
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic and/or neurologic settings preferred, with comfort managing diverse caseloads.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Strong documentation, time management, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and adherence to regulatory requirements.
