We are currently looking for a dynamic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work in the Brecksville area. Candidates will have experience working with children and adults with developmental delays. BCBA’s will have the opportunity to work in homes, schools, clinic, and local agencies BCBA will have the opportunity to supervise current students and RBT’s.
TWC is located in Brecksville in a 10,000 sq. ft building offering a unique comprehensive day program.  We are constantly growing and evolving to meet the needs of the community and we would love you to be a part!

Candidates must have a current BCBA licensure through BCBA board. Experience working with children with Autism/ Developmental Delays for 1-2 years. Minimum 1-year experience in a supervisory position is highly desirable. Experience in conducting initial and ongoing assessments and develop and monitor plans and goals. Participate in new and ongoing parent, staff and BCBA/RBT supervision. Driving is required and must have a valid Ohio Driver’s License. A current background check through the FBI and BCI and a current TB Test must be submitted. Person must possess excellent leadership, interpersonal and time management skills. Proficiency with writing and communication, good problem-solving skills, and must work well within teams. Have an excellent attendance record with previous employer.
