Therapy & Learning Center of Georgia (TLC) is a multidisciplinary pediatric clinic providing ABA, Speech Therapy, and Occupational Therapy services. Our mission is to create a better future for our patients and their families by working together as a collaborative, compassionate team.

At our Kennesaw clinic in Legacy Park, kids have access to a beautiful park area where they can socialize, play, and work on motor skills. You’ll also be supported by a strong administrative team so you can focus on clinical work instead of being buried in logistics. We offer monthly Interdisciplinary meetings with BCBA, SLP, OT, weekly 1-1 meetings with the Director of ABA, and leadership training.

About the Role

We’re looking for a full-time BCBA who is a true team player and wants to make an impact in a collaborative clinic setting.

  • Caseload: Approximately 6-8 full-time early intervention clients
  • Setting: In-clinic, multidisciplinary team (BCBAs, SLPs, and OTs)
  • Support: monthly leadership and clinical meetings, strong in clinic admin support
  • Team: You’ll lead a small team of RBTs and help maintain our low RBT turnover and high-quality care

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct intake evaluations and re-evaluations for new and existing clients.
  • Use tools such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, and PEAK to guide treatment planning.
  • Design individualized behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs.
  • Provide weekly supervision and ongoing coaching to your RBT team.
  • Conduct bimonthly parent and caregiver trainings.
  • Collaborate with other BCBAs, SLPs, and OTs to support each child as a whole.
  • Communicate with schools and outside providers in a professional, collaborative way.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold BACB ethical standards.
  • Maintain a minimum of 25 patient visit hours per week.

What You Bring

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field (required).
  • Current BCBA certification (required).
  • BCBA license in Georgia (or eligibility, if applicable).
  • You enjoy working with a fun, engaging, and energetic team.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Comfortable supervising RBTs and leading a small clinical team.
  • Passionate about helping children increase independence and supporting families.

Schedule & Work Setting

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday
  • Therapy Hours: 8:30-4 M-F
  • Setting: Primarily in-clinic at the Kennesaw (Legacy Park) location, with limited work-from-home days for administrative, documentation, or telehealth tasks, as approved by leadership.

Pay & Time Off

  • Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 per year (based on experience)
  • Potential earnings: $90,000-$100,000
  • Bonus: $10,000 per year in performance bonuses

Paid Time Off (PTO):

  • 24 days of paid time off per year
  • 15 PTO
  • 8 paid holidays
  • 1 Floating holiday
  • 2 paid CEU days specifically for continuing education
  • PTO increases with tenure, earn additional for bonus
