Job Description
We are seeking an organized and efficient Billing Operations Manager to join our home office team in Flower Mound. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of our billing operations, ensuring a smooth and productive work environment for all employees.
- Oversee and streamline billing and collection processes
- Establishes and maintains Accounts Receivable goals
- Performs monthly close and data analytics
- Promotes the company’s philosophy and mission by presenting a positive image to patients / families and community
- Reviews payer contracts to ensure billing and reimbursement compliance and accuracy
- Provides effective communication to patient / family, team members, and other health care professionals and maintains confidentiality
- Manages EMR master files related to billing and coding. Ability to understand and perform all positions and responsibilities reporting to this It is expected that all managers will float and cover critical areas when there is a shortage in an area of their responsibility or when employees are out of the office for any reason
- Work with other managers to identify opportunities for improvements and develop long-term strategies to increase and maintain practice efficiencies and patient satisfaction
- Provides a high level of customer service to patients by identifying and resolving insurance and other billing-related issues
- Upholds the company mission by actively contributing to the achievement of organizational goals, supporting leadership, promoting unity and teamwork for the benefit of patients. Hands on assistance with patients
- Demonstrates a commitment to quality of care
- Manage daily office operations, invoicing support, scheduling, and performance metrics
- Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
