Documentation & Maintenance Performance

  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment manuals, inspection reports, permits, warranties, service agreements, and compliance documentation.
  • Track maintenance performance indicators, including equipment downtime, preventive maintenance completion, recurring repairs, response times, and maintenance costs.
  • Identify recurring equipment issues and recommend corrective actions or improvements to the Facility Manager.
  • Use maintenance data and trends to improve equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, and overall facility performance.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
