We are looking for a Clinical Product Specialist to support the successful adoption of our AI solutions across US customer sites.
This is a field-facing, cross-functional role at the intersection of clinical practice, product, and customer success. You will work closely with radiologists, technologists, and internal teams to ensure our solutions are effectively deployed, understood, and fully utilized.
This role plays a key part in driving product adoption, user engagement, and long-term customer satisfaction.
This role will be under the supervision of the Clinical Product Manager.
As our Clinical Product Specialist your Missions and Responsibilities, will be:
- Partner with Sales to support the entire sales process, such as product demonstrations, leading clinical case reviews, and responding to prospective customer clinical and product related questions.
- Support customer onboarding and deployment, ensuring successful integration into clinical workflows and alignment with clinical team expectations (interpreting physicians and technologists).
- Drive customer adoption by delivering clinical training, supporting go-live activities, and leading follow-up sessions to reinforce product utilization.
- Develop and continuously improve training materials and clinical documentation based on field feedback and evolving user needs.
- Define KPIs and monitor customer satisfaction and engagement, working closely with Customer Success to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide frontline support to customers in collaboration with Operations and Support teams, address clinical and product-related inquiries and resolve technical issues.
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize user feedback, and collaborate with Product and R&D teams to inform product enhancements.
- Act as a clinical and product subject matter expert, supporting both internal teams and external stakeholders (radiologists, technologists, IT teams).
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
It’s necessary to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology, Clinical Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, or related field
- 2 years of experience in a clinical, applications, or customer-facing role within medical imaging
- Strong understanding of radiology workflows (breast imaging preferred)
- Experience delivering clinical training and/or product demonstrations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel up to 30% across the United States for customer site visits and industry conferences
- Valid driver’s license
It’s a plus to have:
- ARRT certification (RT(R), RT(M))
- Experience in mammography
- Familiarity with PACS, RIS, and DICOM workflows
- Exposure to AI-based medical imaging solutions
- Knowledge of coding and data manipulation
